the blue boat

Fifty dollars.

Just sitting on the side of the road with a home made for-sale sign crookedly dangling off her bow.

Or stern.

I can never remember which is which.

Port?

Starboard?

Ahoy Matey?

I need to brush up on my nautical terms now that I'm a boat owner.

I love, love, love my blue boat.

I'm off to get my fourth round of chemo this morning, which if all goes according to plan is my half-way point.

Woot!

Happy Thursday!

  18. So I just spent quite some time reading your blog. (mainly photography!) I've always been into photography and about 2 years ago got my big girl camera. I am finally getting off auto mode and moving onto manual. i wanted to thank you for all the insight on the q&a. and information on apeture. definitely helped a lot! your work is absolutely beautiful. I am in "aw" every picture I see. the scenery is just breath taking! keep doing what you do, and stay strong!
